three cheese spinach artichoke dip, frozen spinach w/ out any sauce, shredded three or four cheese italian blend (parmesan, mozzarella, provolone, optional asiago), ready made alfredo sauce or homemade (see recipe below ), chopped artichokes in water (not marinated in oil), salt & pepper to taste, homemade alfredo sauce, minced garlic (depending on how garlic you like the sauce), heavy whipping cream, butter, grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste

butter, shallot, finely chopped, garlic clove, chopped, all-purpose flour, heavy whipping cream (or half and half), frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry, artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, diced tomatoes and green chilies (recommended, rotel), shredded four cheese blend, tortilla chips, cut vegetables , for serving
