olive oil, sweet onion, chopped, half a small butternut squash, peeled and diced, red bell pepper, seeded, chopped, green bell pepper, seeded, chopped, mild fire roasted green chilies, minced (about 4 1/2 tbsp), chipotle chile pepper in adobo, minced, diced fire roasted tomatoes with added puree (organic muir glen is the brand i use), organic black beans, undrained, organic pinto beans, undrained, red wine vinegar, garlic cloves, minced, chili powder (trader joe s brand is super good), turkish bay leaves, dried mexican oregano, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, garnish: grated monterey jack cheese , sour cream and green onions, all-purpose flour , sifted, yellow cornmeal, baking powder, kosher salt, free range eggs, beaten, half and half, melted unsalted butter, honey, granulated sugar, vanilla (optional, but i like it !)
