vegetable broth (such as swanson), mexican-style corn with red and green peppers, black beans, drained and rinsed, chunky salsa, tortilla chips, shredded mexican cheese blend

uncooked egg noodles, chicken breasts , drained. (i use swansons), water, chicken soup base (i use the paste type in a jar)

carrots, diced, potatoes, peeled and diced, turnip, peeled and diced, leeks, white part only, sliced, stalks celery, sliced, swanson vegetable broth (regular or certified organic ), white kidney beans (cannellini), rinsed and drained, bay leaf, crushed red pepper, easy basil pesto (see note )
