ground beef, onion, chopped, taco seasoning, water, sweet corn, condensed tomato soup, cheddar cheese (grated ), macaroni noodles (cooked al dente), green pepper (chopped ), black olives (chopped or sliced )

vegetable oil, a medium onion, chopped, garlic clove, minced, ground beef (or meat of your choice), taco seasoning, diced tomatoes (i use the 1 with green chilies), corn, drained, black beans, drained and rinsed, kidney beans, drained and rinsed, sour cream, shredded cheese (a mix of cheddar and pepper jack is good), black olives, sliced, pasta (i use large elbow macaroni)

ground beef, condensed cream of chicken soup, enchilada sauce (i like gebhardt the best), corn tortillas (torn into 1 inch pieces), shredded cheddar cheese (or more if your a cheese freak!), water, salt and pepper
