25 easy beef corn casserole Recipes

uncooked long-grain white rice, whole kernel corn, drained, salt and pepper (i use seasoned ), tomato sauce, water, onion , chopped s, green bell pepper, seeded and chopped, lean ground beef, uncooked broken up into small pieces (do not pre-cook it will cook in the casserole dish, see recipe heading for seasoning), diced tomatoes (undrained ), uncooked bacon, cut in half, shredded cheddar cheese (or more if desired)

vegetable oil, a medium onion, chopped, garlic clove, minced, ground beef (or meat of your choice), taco seasoning, diced tomatoes (i use the 1 with green chilies), corn, drained, black beans, drained and rinsed, kidney beans, drained and rinsed, sour cream, shredded cheese (a mix of cheddar and pepper jack is good), black olives, sliced, pasta (i use large elbow macaroni)

ground beef, black beans (drained ), diced green chilies, sliced black olives, red enchilada sauce (the biggest 1 you can find), dozen corn tortillas (yellow ), cheddar cheese, shredded, chopped fresh cilantro (optional topping ), sour cream (optional topping ), hot sauce (optional topping )

ground beef, condensed cream of chicken soup, enchilada sauce (i like gebhardt the best), corn tortillas (torn into 1 inch pieces), shredded cheddar cheese (or more if your a cheese freak!), water, salt and pepper
