3 dude chicken Recipes

cubed cooked chicken (i use frozen fajita chicken, cooked per package instructions), shredded cheese (i like to use 1/2 fiesta blend mexican cheese, 1/2 cheddar), cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, ro-tel tomatoes, diced green chilies, dozen flour tortilla , each cut into 6 triangular wedges (8 inch)

baby carrots or 1 1/2 lbs carrots, cut into 1/4 inch diagonal slices, chicken broth or 3/4 cup water, butter, brown sugar, grated fresh ginger, chopped parsley or 1 tbsp chives
