7 cucumber cuke juice Recipes

cucumber, water, honey or 1 tbsp stevia, equivalent, ice cubes

cucumbers, see note, avocado, lemons , juice of or 1/2 lime, juice of

mayonnaise, sour cream, jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped, green onions, greens only, chopped (save the bottoms for dipping!), fresh lemon juice, chili powder, red pepper flakess, cumin (optional), favorite salt blend (season salt, homemade lemon pepper, garlic pepper, etc), assorted veggies (for the above quantity, i use about 1pt cherry tomatoes, 6-8 green onions, cut just at the start of the green, 2 bell peppers, sliced long, 1 large cucumber or 6 mini cukes, sliced lengthwise, baby carrots, couple stalks of celery, etc)
