boneless chicken breasts, sliced in chunks or strips, lemon-pepper seasoning, onion, chopped, olive oil, garlic cloves, minced, white wine, heavy cream, sundried tomatoes, chopped, fire roasted tomatoes, undrained, fresh baby spinach , or 1 cup frozen spinach, defrosted, grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste
