red potatoes, unpeeled, diced, bacon, cooked and crumbled, hidden valley original ranch dips mix, snipped fresh chives, greek yogurt (*or as needed for thick, creamy consistency), grated fresh garlic, shallots, peeled and sliced into 6-8 rings each, partially seperate, melted butter, seasoned dry bread crumb, grated parmesan cheese (canned kind ok to use), thick-cut rib eye steak, hidden valley original ranch dips mix, melted butter, butter flavored crackers (i used ritz), fresh spinach leaves, blue cheese, crumbles, sea salt, fresh cracked black pepper, sriracha sauce (optional)
