olive oil, butter or 1/2 cup margarine, diced yellow onions, chopped green onion, stalks diced celery, sliced mushrooms, cornbread stuffing mix, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, orange juice, lemon juice, chicken stock, chopped parsley, chopped walnuts (optional), italian sausages, removed from casing,cooked and crumbled (optional), diced apple (optional), dried cranberries or 1 cup raisins (i add all of these, but use cranberries, not raisins) (optional)
