white fish fillets, salt (you wouldn tsp think this is need, because the chips are already ed, but it really does), flour, eggs, buttermilk, hot sauce, ground black pepper, crushed potato chips (salt & vinegar flavored)

cod fillets (or other firm white fish), canola mayonnaise, salt, salt and vinegar kettle-style potato chips, crushed, light ranch dressing

pizza crust (i use the ready-made ones from trader joe s), fried breaded frozen fish sticks, tartar sauce, tater tots (any fried potoatoes) or 4 -6 oz waffle-shaped french fries (any fried potoatoes), shredded cheddar cheese
