chili sauce (like heinz), tomato sauce, grape jelly, chopped mild green chilies ((4 ounce can can be used too, but i like 7)), dried onion flakes, garlic powder, your favorite curry powder , to taste, dried ancho chile powder, dried chipotle powder , to taste (optional), pre-cooked frozen meatballs (i prefer the ones from ikea)

ground beef, dry bread crumbs, milk, ground black pepper, snipped fresh parsley, minced onion, salt, egg, worcestershire sauce, shortening, chile sauce, grape jelly
