nonfat buttermilk, hot pepper sauce, distilled white vinegar divided, chicken tenders, whole-wheat flour, cornmeal, cayenne pepper, canola oil divided, peeled carrot sticks, celery sticks, spicy blue cheese dip (see recipe link above)

celery, diced fine, blue cheese, crumbled, mayonnaise, lemon , juice of, salt, pepper, buffalo wing sauce (use your favorite, i like spicy ), chicken broth, butter, chicken (you can pile it as high as you want. i just use a store bought rotisserie or leftovers from 1 that), lettuce (i prefer romaine chopped), onion rolls, buttered and toasted (or a french roll, or kaiser type of roll)
