chicken breast or 5 fillets. you can also use dark meat in this recipe. we prefer white meat., chicken broth, chicken bullion cubes, bell pepper diced, onions diced, green onions diced, celery diced, parsley, rotel tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, also use 1 can of cream of celery soup (if you dont have the celery to dice), lg. box of velvetta cheese, spaghetti, mushrooms or mushroom pieces & stems (optional), olives (optional)

chicken broth, onion, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, white meat chicken (or more ), velveeta cheese, spaghetti, parmesan cheese

chicken tenders or breast meat cubed, onion chopped, stalks celery chopped, cream of chicken soup( low sodium ), corn, cream corn, milk, brick velveeta cheese, salt , pepper, garlic powder, butter/ olive oil, chicken broth

burrito-size flour tortillas, cooked chicken , white meat (i used canned when available), enchilada sauce (we use the mild or medium canned version!), shredded cheddar cheese, cheddar cheese soup
