fudge brownie mix (family size for a 9 by 13 inch pan, i used betty crocker brand), water, instant espresso powder or 3 tbsp instant coffee, vegetable oil, eggs, cinnamon extract (find it in the baking aisle near vanilla extract, etc. or use 2 tsp of ground cinnamon), cappuccino chips (could use chocolate chips), milk chocolate frosting (again , betty crocker to the rescue), cinnamon extract (or use 2 tsp ground cinnamon), ground ginger, dark chocolate, coarsely chopped (can use packaged chocolate chunks), sugar (optional), grated dark chocolate (optional)

bittersweet chocolate, chopped (don tsp use unsweetened or semisweet), butter, cut into small pieces, instant espresso powder (dissolved in 1/2 tbsp boiling water), sugar, vanilla, eggs, flour, salt, chopped walnuts, cream, softened, butter, softened, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, bittersweet chocolate, butter, whipping cream (unwhipped), instant espresso powder (dissolved in 1/2 tbsp boiling water.)
