dessert dates, stoned, glace pineapple, glace apricot, glace cherries, glace green cherries, whole blanched almonds, shelled brazil nuts, prunes, stoned and halved, eggs, brown sugar, lightly packed, vanilla essence, rum (40ml), butter, plain flour, baking powder, salt

pre-made dessert shortcake shells, unsalted butter, melted (1/4 cup), chocolate hazelnut spread, crushed graham crackers (about 2 crackers), marshmallows, chocolate sauce

butter, room temperature, sugar, egg yolk, salt, orange liqueur, chopped unsalted shelled pistachio, crumbled sponge cake (i have also used lb cake crumbs), nectarines, halved and pitted (if you don tsp like the peel, you can remove it before baking), sweet dessert wine (sherry, vin santo, port, all are good)
