worcestershire sauce, concentrated liquid crab and shrimp boil (recommended: zatarian s), apple cider, honey, beer, salt, ground allspice, cayenne, olive oil, minced garlic, turkey , rinsed well inside and out, patted dry, kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, chicken broth , as needed for bottom of roasting pan
