3 cajun loin pot Recipes

onion, diced, celery ribs, diced, bell pepper, diced (i like to use red or yellow ), carrot, diced, potatoes, butter, garlic cloves, minced, thyme, paprika, salt, pepper, ground mustard powder, hot pepper sauce, bay leaves, boneless pork loin roast (roughly 4 lbs.), cornstarch, cold water

boneless top loin pork chops, eggs, milk, cajun seasoning mix (or equivalent ingredients) (recipe found on my recipe page), bisquick, salt to taste, ziploc bag, vegetable oil, enough to cover the bottom of pan by at least 1 1/2 inch, heavy pot or pan for frying. (i use my 5 qt enamel coated cast iron dutch oven), plate lined with 3-4 paper towels
