dried great northern beans, water, olive oil, onions, chopped, stalks celery, with leaves, chopped, bell pepper, chopped, chopped fresh kale, cajun seasoning salt (i use tony carcher s), dried thyme, dry oregano, garlic powder, bay leaves, cajun style andouille sausages, cut into bite-size pieces (or any firm , smoked sausage)
