leek (white part only ), vidalia onion, drained canned artichoke heart, thawed frozen chopped spinach, brie cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, riesling wine or 1/4 cup other medium-dry white wine, heavy cream, chopped fresh parsley leaves, chopped fresh dill leaves, chopped fresh tarragon leaf, fresh jumbo lump crab meat (which would be my only option here in indiana!) or 1 lb imitation crabmeat (which would be my only option here in indiana!), dijon mustard, tabasco sauce , to taste, toasted thin slices baguette (for serving)
