extra virgin olive oil, sherry wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar (white for this recipe), garlic clove, minced, chopped lavender leaves, chopped lavender flowers, honey, salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste, handfuls arugula, heavy stems removed (we prefer baby arugula purchased at the farmers market as there are no thick stems to remove), assorted medium heirloom tomatoes (i used different varieties of heirloom toms including chocolate cherry ), feta cheese, crumbled, dried dates, pitted and diced, lavender , bloom (optional)
