ears of corn , cut off cob - use grilled corn if you can, if its not grilled, give it a quick saute in a pan to carmelize it a little & to give it some color, green onions, sliced well into the green, cilantro, fresh, chopped, red bell pepper, diced, purple onion, diced (didn tsp have this so i just used spanish onion), minced garlic, chipotle chile canned in adobo, diced with some of the sauce, too, lime, juiced - fresh , of course, olive oil, salt and pepper, to taste
