water (at room temperature ), white bread flour, vitamin cup powder (a flour improver, required if using the wheat bran), salt (1 tsp, i use lo- ), firm margarine, butter, nonfat dry milk powder (1 1/2 tblsp approx.), wheat bran (2 tsp, very heaped), demerara sugar (1 tblsp, brown sugar, basically), bread machine yeast, dried seedless raisins, dried mixed citrus peels (2 tsp heaped), ground cinnamon (1 tsp heaped), nutmeg, to taste (freshly grated ), ground cardamom , next to nothing, apples (peeled & chopped into 1/3 inch chunks ), ground cinnamon, mixed with the apple (1 tsp heaped)

warm water, white bread mix (or 3 cups bread mix, and 1/2 cup of psyllium husk), oil, yeast , rounded
