cooked turkey meat , (about 1 lb), ripe haas avacados, peeled, pitted and cubed, blue cheese , crimbled, jicama, peeled and cut in julienne style pieces, orange, peeled and sliced, fresh raspberries , or dried cranberries, pomegranate , pelled and cut into small kernels, toasted walnut pieces, vinaigrette dressing, minced shallot, garlic, minced, balsamic vinegar, fresh orange juice, red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, sugar, salt, freshly ground pepper, walnut oil
