Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray bottom of 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Brown and crumble sausage in a frying pan until thoroughly cooked. Drain. Place in bottom of 13x9 baking dish, lightly pressing into place.
  3. Saute red and green peppers and onion until tender. Layer vegetable mixture then cheese on top of the sausage in baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, garlic powder, and pepper. Pour egg mixture over contents of baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool slightly, cut into wedges.
