Sausage + Peppers  With Onions

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large sauce pot fry sausage in olive oil.
  2. Remove when done and drain grease on paper towels.
  3. Clean pot then melt butter and cook onions, peppers sliced in strips about 1/4 inch.
  4. When steamed add all other ingredients and simmer with sausages sliced to about 3/8 of inch for about 30 minutes.
