Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika

Directions:

  1. Roast red pepper and peel off burnt skin.
  2. Add all ingredients (except praprika) into blender.
  3. Mix until smooth.
  4. Sprinkle praprika ontop and serve.
