1. Cook and drain orzo noodles.
2. In a saucepan combine eggs, sugar, salt, cornstarch while gradually adding in reserved juice and stir to mix.
3. Bring to a boil and stir, until mixture is a little thick.
4. Set aside to cool.
5. In a large serving bowl, combine orzo, orange, pineapple and juice mixture; mix with Cool Whip.
6. Refrigerate until serving.
