Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup kirsch

Directions:

  1. Choose the ripest red raspberries.
  2. Beat cream until stiff.
  3. Gradually add sugar and Kirsch.
  4. Lightly fold in the berries.
  5. Spoon into tall stemmed glasses and chill.
