Ingredients:

  • 4 (200 g) steaks
  • 65 ml chutney
  • 1 cup water
  • 65 ml oil

Directions:

  1. Put flour in plastic bag, season with salt & pepper.
  2. Put each steak separately in bag and shake to coat with seasoned flour.
  3. Pour 100ml of mixed sauce on bottom of dish pack layer of steak and repeat and end with layer of sauce.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in preheated 180°C oven for 1 hour.
