Quick Skillet Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Place ground beef in large mixing bowl. Combine onion soup mix and water. Pour 1/2 cup soup mixture over ground beef; gently mix to blend.
  2. Shape into an 8 inch round patty in large skillet.
  3. Pour remaining soup mixture over top.
  4. Cover and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness.
  5. Great serve with mashed potatoes and corn.
  6. It may come out a little loose - that's okay. This recipe is about taste not looks.
