Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup libby's canned pumpkin
  • 5 -10 ice cubes
  • 1/2 banana
  • 5 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Throw all ingredients in Blender.
  2. Don't over blend, you want it like a consistency of melting ice cream.
  3. Drink immediately.
