Directions:

  1. Saute the onion in the oil in a heavy frying pan over medium heat until it is soft but not brown,about 8 minutes.
  2. Add the tomatoes,chilies,salt,pepper and cheese and cook stirring until the cheese is melted.
  3. Serve with large corn chips.
