Pork Chops With Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in non-stick pan and fry pork chops about 7-8 minutes per side, until brown.
  3. Remove from pan and add wine, apple juice, vinegar and a little sugar.
  4. Boil on high heat for about 6 minutes.
  5. Add cream, minced gherkins and tarragon.
  6. Turn down heat and simmer 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add mustard and whisk to dissolve.
  8. Season to taste.
  9. Serve pork chops napped with sauce.
