Directions:

  1. Pop corn and place in large pan. Combine syrup, sugar, waer and vinegar. Heat to boil add cream of tartar. Continue boiling to soft crack stage 275-280 degreees. Remove from heat. add butter and baking soda and vanilla. Pour over popcorn. Butter hands and form immediately into balls. Yield will depend on size of balls, butg baseball size is great.
