Ingredients:

  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 2 -3 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 -2 tbsp peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Use a small bowl that is microwavable to put the ingredients into. The baking powder and soda are practically optional. And for those who don't like vanilla quite so much you can do without or cut back on the amount suggested.
  2. Combine your ingredients in no specific order in your bowl.
  3. Stir extremely well but don't bother with a mixer.
  4. Smooth out the mix evenly along the bottom of the bowl or container for even cooking.
  5. Place in the microwave on about a 30 second period then examine it and determine the remainder of cooking time needed. Time will vary due to different microwaves. It should look like a fluffy caramel colored biscuit all the way through when it is complete.
  6. Make sure no to burn yourself if you dig right inches.
  7. Try toppings such as marshmallow creme, puddings, syrups, or icing if you desire more of taste combination. Chips of different flavors are also a mice addition to the recipe as well.
  8. A great idea is to put mini m&m's on or in the cake before or after heating.
