Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pad Thai sauce
  2. Add all ingredients to small saucepan and cook on stove.
  3. Peanut sauce
  4. Mix all together and season with 2 Tbs garlic powder and 1 Tbs paprika. Add cayenne pepper to taste.
  5. You will add just what you need of this and save the rest in the fridge or freezer.
  6. For the dish
  7. Soften rice noodles in hot water.
  8. Stir fry garlic and eggs in hot oil. Turn down heat to med (ish). Add Thai chili pepper if you have one. Add chicken and onion, after partly cooked add shrimp and bean sprouts. Once cooked, add noodles, pad Thai sauce and peanut sauce. Top with peanuts and cilantro.
