Oven Caramel Corn

Ingredients:

  • 15 cup popped corn
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Heat overn to 200. Divide corn into two ungreased 13x9 baking pans. In saucepan heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt, stirring occasionally until bubbly around edges. Continue cooking over medium heat 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in soda til foamy. Pour on popped corn until well coated. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
