Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Line a jelly roll pan with foil.
  3. Cut sinew off the back of the ribs.
  4. Lay ribs onto foil and add 3/4 cup water.
  5. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 3 hours.
  7. Raise oven temperature to 375 degrees.
  8. Remove foil from ribs; add your favorite barbecue sauce to ribs.
  9. Bake for another 30 minutes, or longer.
