Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add apricots to boiling water and let sit 8 hours or overnight (not included in prep time).
  2. In a blender, puree apricots and their water. add orange juice and blend till combined.
  3. Pour mix into 2 glasses and carefully spoon 1 tablespoon yogurt on top of each, then sprinkle 1/2 tsp brown sugar on yogurt. Serve.
