Directions:

  1. Place cole slaw in a large serving dish
  2. Pour half bottle of dressing, if looks a bit dry add more until you are satisfied
  3. Mix well
  4. Add cans of drained mandarin oranges lightly mixing, so you won't crush them
  5. Sprinkle peanuts (as much as desired) over salad right before serving so they don't get soggy, or you can place a bowl of peanuts next to the salad so people can put as many as they wish
