Directions:

  1. Brown hamburger
  2. Add all veggies and cook over medium heat until veggies start to get a little soft
  3. Add canned tomato and crushed tomato
  4. Add whatever spices you want, garlic, chili, oregano, smoked paprika go nuts with whatever you want
  5. Simmer for 20 minutes then add dry TVP
  6. Put on minimum heat for 20 minutes then serve
  7. Delicious served over baked Cauliflour or steamed green beans, or grab a bowl and some farinata or even bread and enjoy. Add 125ml of cottage cheese and a sprinkle of parnesan if you like.
