Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Combine the water and sugar in small pot.
  2. Stir over low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer about 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vinegar and the mint.
  5. Cool slightly and serve in a jug.
