Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 8 cups beef stock
  • 1 1/2 cups kidney beans
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 16 oz beef
  • 4 oz pasta
  • 1/2 tsp basil

Directions:

  1. Dice up onion and celery and garlic. Add to crockpot with all of the ingredients except the pasta.
  2. Add one bay leaf and cook on high for 6 hours
  3. Boil water and cook pasta al dente
  4. Fill bowls with soup and add a small bit of pasta to each
  5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving
  6. OR brown stew meat, saute onion and celery in a pot. Add the remaining ingredients besides the pasta and bring to boil. Simmer for about 1.5 hours on the stove. Cook pasta al dente and follow remaining directions.
