Ingredients:

  • 1 can (1 lb. ) cream style corn
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 cup salted cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper , ( optional )
  • 1 small jar pimento, (optional )

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Slightly butter the bottom and sides of an 8 by 8 baking dish, set aside.
  3. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, except the margarine.
  4. Dot the top of the souffle with the melted margarine, and bake for one hour.
