Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine tomatoes, brie, basil, garlic, olive oil, half a teaspoon of the salt and the pepper in a bowl.
  2. Set aside at least 2 hours before, at room temperature.
  3. Boil water, add 1 tablespoon of oil and remaining salt.
  4. Add pasta and boil until tender.
  5. Drain and toss with tomato mix, serve at once passing pepper mill and parmesan cheese.
