Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Press 3 lemon slices each to the insides of 8 collins or pilsner glasses.
  2. Fill a pitcher two-thirds with ice. Add the limincello, gin and lemon juice and stir well.
  3. Add the club soda and stir again. Carefully pour into the prepared classes and garnish each with a mint sprig.
