  1. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Gradually beat in the lemon juice.
  3. Stir in shrimp, onion, horseradish and pepper.
  4. Chill to blend flavors.
  5. Serve on melba rounds or other crackers.
  6. Garnish as desired.
