Lemon Chicken Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (i buy my lemons bulk and juice and freeze the juice in ice cube trays. each cube is approx 2tsp)
  • 1 cup generous uncooked white rice

Directions:

  1. Cook rice according to pkg directions with lemon juice, boullion and margarine added to water. Recipe can be doubled! Easy, eh?
