Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 8 oz package. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Mix cake mix, one egg and oil together until crumbly.
  2. Reserve 1 cup.
  3. Pat remaining mixture into ungreased 9x13 pan.
  4. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and other egg.
  6. Spread over baked layer and sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
  7. Bake another 15 minutes.
  8. Cool and cut into bars.
